Job Overview

Job Responsibilities

• Review, assess, and process safety data from various sources.
• Handle adverse event reporting and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Perform case processing, data entry, and narrative writing.
• Ensure quality and timeliness of deliverables.
• Maintain compliance with project guidelines and SOPs.
• Identify quality issues and escalate as needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams and participate in project meetings.
• Provide mentorship to new team members (if assigned).

Required Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, or a related field.
• Experience: 1-1.5 years in pharmacovigilance or drug safety.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and safety databases.
• Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based applications.
• Willingness to work in shifts and occasional travel.
