Key Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:

• Independently serve as Lead or Clinical Data Coder on multiple global studies.
• Manage medical coding using dictionaries like MedDRA, WHO-DD, and others.
• Act as primary liaison for internal and external stakeholders on coding-related tasks.
• Oversee resource allocation and project deliverables for standalone coding studies.
• Conduct SAE reconciliation, data clarification management, and code review.
• Validate coding tools and reports; contribute to database testing and quality checks.
• Ensure all activities comply with GCP, regulatory requirements, and SOPs.
• Lead or support process improvement initiatives and team training.

Candidate Profile & Qualifications

Ideal Background:

• Education: Degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Nursing, Life Sciences, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 4 years in data management/medical coding in clinical trials.
• Proficient in MedDRA, WHODD, ICD9, and familiar with global coding guidelines.
• Strong command over clinical trial lifecycle, data flow, and documentation practices.
• Demonstrated leadership in project coordination or coding review roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
