IPCA Laboratories is hosting a Walk-In Interview for various roles across the Formulation Unit. The company invites candidates to apply for the following positions in the Engineering, Quality Assurance (QA), and Production departments. Available Roles and Qualifications

1. Engineering Department – Formulation

• Position: Sr. Officer/Officer
• Experience Required: 3 to 8 years
• Qualifications: BE/B.Tech/Diploma (Mechanical/Electrical & Instrumentation)
• Job Description:
  • Responsible for breakdown troubleshooting, routine repairs, and maintenance of all formulation equipment.
  • Experience with injectable facility equipment such as vial & ampoule lines.
  • Proficient in maintaining equipment like vial washing machines, filling & sealing machines, and dry powder lines.
  • Knowledge of documentation like DQ, FAT, and IQ/OQ/PQ activities for equipment.

2. Production Department – Injection/Tablet Manufacturing

• Position: Officer/Chemist/Technician
• Experience Required: 3 to 8 years
• Qualifications: M.Sc., M.Pharm, B.Sc., B.Pharm, D.Pharm, ITI
• Job Description:
  • Experience in sterile area manufacturing (Ampoule and Vial), shift supervision, and documentation.
  • In-depth knowledge of OOS (Out of Specification), OOT (Out of Trend), CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action), and online documentation per SOP/BMR.
  • Handling equipment like Autoclaves, Washing/Filling/Sealing Machines, and Inspection & Packing Machines.
  • Exposure to validation activities, such as media preparation, media filling, and packing.

3. Quality Assurance (QA) – Formulation

• Position: Sr. Officer/Officer
• Experience Required: 3 to 8 years
• Qualifications: B.Sc., M.Sc., B.Pharm, M.Pharm
• Job Description:
  • Experience in IPQA (In-Process Quality Assurance), sterile manufacturing, and validation (sterile).
  • Exposure to stability studies, OOS investigations, market complaints, QA documentation, and risk assessments.
  • Familiarity with Trackwise system for deviation management and CAPA activities.

4. Tablet (Formulation)

• Position: Sr. Officer/Officer/Technician
• Experience Required: 3 to 8 years
• Qualifications: B.Sc., M.Sc., B.Pharm, M.Pharm, ITI
• Job Description:
  • Operate machinery related to tablet manufacturing, including granulation, compression, and coating machines.
  • Handle raw material dispensing and batch record documentation (BMR, BPR).
  • Work with packaging equipment like blister packing machines, cartonators, and track & trace machines.
  • Experience in primary and secondary packaging operations.
