Key Responsibilities
As a Due Diligence Specialist II, you will:
- Assisting in due diligence efforts for potential partnerships, acquisitions, and collaborations by conducting thorough assessments of target companies, techNlogies, and assets.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze financial, commercial, and scientific data to inform decision-making processes.
- Supporting the development of recommendations and strategies based on due diligence findings and insights.
- Assisting in managing due diligence timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely completion of assessments.
- Communicating effectively with team members and key stakeholders to provide updates on due diligence progress and findings.
Candidate Profile
Ideal candidates for this role will have:
- Experience in due diligence, business development, or related fields within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare sectors.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and synthesize information from diverse sources.
