Job Description: As a Manufacturing or Packing Operator at HETERO, you will be responsible for performing tasks related to compression, coating, granulation, capsule filling, blister packing, and bottle packing. Your role will contribute to the efficient production and packaging of pharmaceutical products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate machinery and equipment for manufacturing processes such as compression, coating, granulation, and capsule filling.
- Ensure quality control measures are followed during production and packing activities.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment to maintain optimal performance.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Complete production and packing records accurately and timely.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets and deadlines.
