Job Description:
As an FR&D (Solid Orals) Professional at Hetero Healthcare, you will play a key role in our research and development activities for solid oral formulations. Your responsibilities will include formulation development, process optimization, and scale-up activities for solid oral dosage forms.
Key Requirements:
- M Pharmacy degree in Pharmaceutics
- 6 to 12 years of experience in FR&D (Solid Orals)
- Strong knowledge of formulation development and process optimization
- Experience in scale-up activities for solid oral dosage forms
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead formulation development projects for solid oral dosage forms
- Conduct process optimization studies to improve product quality and efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful scale-up activities
- Analyze and interpret data to support formulation and process decisions
- Maintain documentation and adhere to regulatory guidelines
