• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

About the Department & Responsibilities:

Our Research & Development department comprises several specialized teams, each contributing to the development of innovative biosimilar drugs:

1. AR&D (Analytical Research & Development): Responsible for developing and optimizing analytical methods to support product development across various stages. Tasks include scale-up design, technology transfer, and documentation.
2. DSP (Downstream Processing): Involved in method development, validation, and clinical trial sample analysis for biologics. Hands-on experience in therapeutic antibody analysis and regulatory compliance is essential.
3. USP (Upstream Processing): Conducts shake flask studies, prepares bioreactors, and performs analysis for clone selection and media optimization. Skills in instruments calibration and data analysis are required.
4. Bioanalytical: Focuses on analyzing therapeutic antibodies and proteins in biological matrices. Proficiency in method development, validation, and regulatory compliance is necessary.
