The possible educational backgrounds for students who can attend the interview include:
- Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) – Any specialization except Engineering
- Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.)
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)

- Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm.)
- Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA)
Postgraduate degrees such as MCA, MSc, M.Com, and MBA are not eligible.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to healthcare providers and insurers for claim and payment follow-ups.
- Investigate and resolve denied or underpaid claims.
- Maintain accurate records of communications and transactions.
- Conduct pre and post-call analysis, documentation, and ensure first-contact resolution.
- Update customer interaction details on a daily basis.
- Achieve performance targets set by the company.
- Identify problems, document business requirements, and provide process improvement ideas.
- Adhere to HCL policy guidelines and client workflow processes.
