Role Overview

As a Drug Safety Associate at GSS Pharma Pvt.Ltd, your responsibilities will include:

1. Pharmacovigilance Support: Assist the Qualified Person for Pharmacovigilance (QPPV), conduct global literature monitoring, perform data entry and quality review, participate in signal detection and evaluation, and prepare regulatory documents.
2. Case Management: Prioritize cases, verify data accuracy, perform duplicate checks, download literature reports, process Individual Case Study Reports (ICSR), and conduct MedDRA coding.
3. Compliance and Reporting: Ensure adherence to pharmacovigilance guidelines, maintain database compliance, monitor Pharmacovigilance Risk Assessment Committee (PRAC) recommendations, and manage scientific literature screening.
4. Regulatory Compliance: Represent Drug Safety in regulatory inspections, audits, and internal reviews, ensuring compliance with local and global SOPs.

Qualifications Required

To qualify for this role, candidates should possess:

• Pharm D degree with a strong background in pharmacovigilance regulations and requirements.
• Excellent attention to detail and proficiency in narrative medical coding and pharmacy skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in pharmacovigilance or related roles is a plus.
