Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning and Execution:

• Responsible for end-to-end project management, ensuring all phases from initiation to completion are executed effectively.
• Actively contribute to project planning, defining scope, timelines, and resource allocation.

2. Monitoring and Tracking:

• Track the project’s progress, ensuring that each phase stays within the pre-set timelines and meets quality standards.
• Monitor project performance to identify potential risks and resolve issues in a timely manner.

3. Cross-Functional Team Collaboration:

• Lead cross-functional team (CFT) meetings to facilitate communication across different departments.
• Ensure project stakeholders are regularly updated on progress and any obstacles are swiftly addressed.

4. Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution:

• Actively participate in troubleshooting during project development to minimize delays.
• Address project roadblocks and provide solutions to keep the project on track.

5. Compliance and Documentation:

• Ensure that all project activities comply with internal and external regulatory requirements.
• Maintain thorough documentation of all project phases and milestones.

Required Skills and Experience:

Educational Qualifications:

• M.Sc., B. Pharma, M. Pharma, or MBA is essential to manage pharmaceutical projects effectively.

Professional Experience:

• 3-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical project management, demonstrating expertise in handling complex projects from inception to delivery.
• Experience in managing cross-functional teams and working in a high-paced environment.
