Job position: Senior Officer / Executive

Department: Analytical Development – RD

Qualification: BSc, B Pharmacy, Msc, M Pharmacy in any Specialization

Experience: 5 to 8 years

Responsibilities

Preparation of new and revision of existing Specifications
Standard Test Procedure and Record of Analysis for Finished Products as per the requirement for RD.
Preparation, Numbering, Revision, Issuance and Control of ARD documents like Method of Analysis, etc.
Preparation of Standard Operating Procedures.
Review and approval of new and Revision of existing Specifications, Standard Test Procedure and Record of Analysis for Finished Products.
To assist Analytical Research Development team in the day-to-day functioning of the Analytical Development Laboratory.
To initiate and manage change control related to documents like Specification, STP and ROA preparation.
Maintenance of good laboratory practice and cleanliness in laboratory.
To update (self) with latest cGMP / GLP / Regulatory requirements.
Conduct all the operations in Analytical Research Development Laboratory as in line with the established procedures.
Any Other Duties As Per Organizational Requirements.

Job Responsibilities

Daily Observation of Incubator/refrigerator, Room temp humidity, differential pressure of all micro area.
Environments monitoring of sterile and non-sterile area.
Media preparation, sterilization and growth promotion test.
Sterility Test MLT testing.
Bacterial endotoxin test.
Microbial limit test.
Antibiotic assay.
Culture handling maintenance.
Disposal of used and contaminated culture media.
Loading Pattern of vertical and horizontal Autoclave.
Preparation of trend data of water analysis and environment monitoring with summary report.
Indent of materials of microbiology department. Review of house keeping records.
Disinfectant preparation record review.
Any other duties as per organizational requirements.
