Position Title: Packing Officer
Qualification: B Pharm , M Pharm
Experience: 2 to 3 years (preferably from Pharma)
Location: Taloja Midc

Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

1. Ensure Quality Production:
   • Deliver high-quality production on time as instructed by superiors.
2. Resource Planning:
   • Responsible for resource planning, including capacity utilization of resources – manpower, material, and machines.
3. Continuous Improvement:
   • Focus on continuous improvement by adopting new techniques.
4. Cost Effectiveness:
   • Manage economies of operations and ensure cost-effectiveness.
5. Documentation:
   • Assist superiors in documentation processes.
6. Audits:
   • Coordinate internal and third-party audits.
7. Record Maintenance:
   • Ensure accurate and timely record maintenance, retrieval, and submission of MIS.
8. Systems Implementation:
   • Implement all systems as laid out by superiors.
9. Support Functions:
   • Provide ongoing support to all other functions and departments.
10. Supervision:
    • Directing and supervising activities of subordinates.
11. MIS Reporting:
    • MIS reporting through SAP.
