Key Responsibilities

• Perform IPQA checks during all stages of sterile manufacturing and packing.
• Conduct sampling during product manufacturing, filling, and packaging processes.
• Execute in-process quality checks for each batch.
• Conduct Acceptable Quality Level (AQL) checks post visual inspection.
• Manage control and stability samples according to SOPs.
• Review audit trails and perform electronic data reviews.
• Approve master kit qualifications for visual inspection.
• Review and sign off documents related to visual inspector qualification.

Educational Qualification & Experience

• Educational Background:
  • B.Sc. (Chemistry, Microbiology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, etc.)
  • M.Sc. (Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, etc.)
  • B.Pharm
• Experience: 1–3 years in IPQA within a sterile manufacturing setup preferred.
