Vacancy Information and Roles

1. Production – Injectable Manufacturing & Filling

• Role: Senior Technician/Technician
• Qualifications: Diploma in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation), D.Pharm, or BSc.
• Experience: 4–10 years
• Skills Required:
  • Operation and troubleshooting of vial and PFS filling machines, isolators, and filtration skid.
  • Hands-on experience with manufacturing vessels, autoclaves, and part washers.
  • Knowledge of clean area maintenance, area cleaning, and batch manufacturing.
  • Expertise in documentation, including compliance with QMS processes such as investigations and change controls.
  • Familiarity with USFDA inspections and aseptic process simulations.

2. Associate/Senior Associate – Injectable Manufacturing

• Qualifications: B.Pharm/M.Pharm
• Experience: 4–10 years
• Skills Required:
  • Proficient in SCADA and isolator technology.
  • Experience with area readiness, sanitization protocols, and GMP compliance.
  • Adept at batch manufacturing record (BMR) execution.

3. Injectable Production – Packing

• Role: Technical Assistant/Associate
• Qualifications: Diploma in Engineering, D.Pharm, or B.Pharm
• Experience: 2–8 years
• Skills Required:
  • Handling secondary packing machines like labeling, blistering, cartonators, and track-and-trace systems.
  • Visual inspection expertise, including kit qualification and equipment validation.
  • Strong documentation skills, including BPR/BMR execution.
