Position Title: Officer/Senior Officer – IPR
Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra, India

Job Description

About the Department & Responsibilities

As an Officer/Senior Officer in the IPR department, you will be responsible for:

Preparation of patent landscapes, FTO, and patentability searches.
Conducting patent searches and filing patent applications.
Responding to objection reports, office actions, rejection reports, and opposition.
Maintenance of patent applications.
Managing various IPR trackers.

Qualifications and Requirements

Candidate Profile

We are seeking candidates who:

Have a strong understanding of patent language and claims.
Possess experience in patent search and preparation of patent landscapes.
Have worked in the Pharma industry with exposure to the US market.
Qualification: M. Pharm.
