- SKID-based operations
- Batch Manufacturing
- Troubleshooting BMR/BPR
- Autoclave/Lyo Operations
- Exposure to Leak Test/Skid Operations
- Handling Isolator/VHP Based Filling Area
OSD Job Details:
- Compliance of compression/coating & Granulation machines/equipment
- Documentation of BMR & Log Books
- Troubleshooting of primary & secondary, Cleaning Area Activities/Bottle Packing
- Track & Trace/Serialization Activities & Cleaning process
- Handling Change Control/CAPA/Deviation/Investigation & Audit Management
- Review of BMR/BPR and process validation reports
- Handling of QMS related Activities
- Media Preparation, BET, Environment Monitoring, Investigation
