Position Title: Production Engineer (Sheet Metal – Powder Coating)

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Educational Background Required: BE Mechanical / BE Chemical / BSc / MSc Chemistry
• Experience: 3-5 years
• Key Skills: Powder Coating Process, Sheet Metal Components, Production Scheduling, Customer Complaint Resolution

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the powder coating process, including Nano pre-treatment and power & free conveyor auto plant operation.
• Ensure sheet metal components meet quality standards for powder coating.
• Manage production schedules and shift operations in the coating plant.
• Resolve customer complaints related to powder coating, both internal and external.
• Conduct testing on powder-coated parts to ensure quality and durability.
