Minimum Qualifications & Experience:

To excel in the role of Clinical Data Programmer I at Clinovo, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• A graduate degree in information science, life science, or a related field.
• Preferably, a minimum of six months to three years’ experience in a similar role within a Contract Research Organization (CRO) or pharmaceutical company.

Responsibilities:

As a Clinical Data Programmer I (CDP-I) at Clinovo, you will undertake a range of vital responsibilities to ensure the success of clinical trial projects. Your duties will include:

1. Programming activities on projects, adhering to Novotech standards for different clinical trial applications.
2. Designing and implementing clinical databases, including the creation of entry screens based on project design specifications. You will also conduct alpha testing before release.
3. Assisting in edit check programming as per project requirements, ensuring adherence to edit check specifications and conducting alpha testing before release.
4. Performing data mapping and reconciliation programming by project specifications, with thorough alpha testing before release.
5. Programming data listings as per project specifications, ensuring accuracy and completeness through alpha testing.
6. Setting up and programming status reports for projects, adhering to specifications and conducting alpha testing before release.

In addition to these responsibilities, the Clinical Data Programmer I will ensure compliance with quality standards outlined in Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and International Conference on Harmonisation – Good Clinical Practice (ICH-GCP) guidelines. Participation in project team meetings will also be required to ensure effective collaboration and project progress tracking.
