Key Responsibilities
As a Project Coordinator – eCOA, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Project Management team throughout the lifecycle of clinical studies. You will be responsible for:
- Study Setup & Monitoring: Assist in setting up databases, distributing study-related equipment, and developing study documentation.
- Project Coordination: Organize Project Assurance Meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and track action items for timely resolution.
- Financial Support: Help manage study budgets by tracking invoice reconciliations and assisting in forecasting activities.
- Documentation & Reporting: Archive critical study documents and create regular reports for internal and client use.
- Issue Management: Track and follow up on customer escalations to ensure quick problem resolution.
What You Bring
To be successful in this role, candidates should have:
- Educational Background: A Bachelor’s Degree (preferred) in a related field.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in customer service or the pharmaceutical industry.
- Knowledge of Drug Development: Familiarity with the drug development process is essential. Experience with supply chain or logistics is a plus.
- Skills: Strong organizational, interpersonal, and time-management skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Tech Proficiency: Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
