About the Opportunity

Asian Heart Institute and Research Center, one of India’s premier cardiac hospitals, is hiring a Clinical Research Executive in Mumbai, Maharashtra. This role involves coordinating clinical trials, ensuring adherence to ICH-GCP guidelines, and collaborating with key stakeholders to uphold research quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Principal Investigators (PIs), Institutional Review Boards (IRB), Sponsors/CROs, and research teams to execute clinical trials.
• Recruit and follow up with trial participants to ensure compliance and safety.
• Maintain clinical trial databases, logs, and regulatory documentation.
• Ensure adherence to ICH-GCP guidelines and local regulatory requirements.
• Train staff on trial-related procedures and ethical considerations in clinical research.
• Manage documentation, including Case Report Forms (CRFs), informed consent forms, and regulatory submissions.
• Ensure timely reporting of trial data, including adverse events and protocol deviations.
• Identify potential research opportunities and liaise with sponsors for collaborations.

Qualifications & Experience

• Educational Requirement:
  • Bachelors/Masters in Life Sciences with a certificate course in Clinical Research, OR
  • Bachelors/Masters in Clinical Research
• Preferred Skills:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with clinical research protocols and regulations.
  • ICH-GCP training is preferred.
