Job Description:

As a Clinical Research Coordinator at S4 Research Private Limited, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing clinical research studies. Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Assisting in the planning and implementation of clinical trials and research protocols.
• Recruiting and screening participants for studies, and obtaining informed consent.
• Collecting, recording, and maintaining accurate data and study documentation.
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and ethical standards.
• Communicating with study sponsors, investigators, and regulatory authorities as needed.
• Monitoring study progress, including participant enrollment and data collection.
• Assisting in the preparation of study reports and presentations.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure study objectives are met.

Required Education Background:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Life Sciences, Nursing, or Pharmacy.
• Certification or training in clinical research is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong understanding of clinical research principles, regulations, and guidelines.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
