   • Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 Years
   • Joining Priority: Immediate joiners preferred

Job Description

Role: Clinical Research Associate (CRA)

Responsibilities:

• Conducting site visits to ensure protocol adherence
• Coordinating with investigative sites and maintaining strong relationships
• Ensuring the safety and well-being of study subjects
• Collecting and reviewing regulatory documents
• Performing source document verification
• Contributing to the preparation of study reports
• Adhering to ethical and regulatory standards in clinical research

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences or related field
• Strong understanding of GCPs, ICH Guidelines, and local regulations
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools
