As a Data Manager at Clario, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality of data collection, processing, and reporting. This position offers the unique opportunity to contribute to groundbreaking clinical research that impacts human health globally.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Data Management Leadership: Serve as the primary contact for both internal teams and Sponsors regarding Data Management queries, including data collection, cleaning, delivery, reconciliation, and database lock.
• Data Management Plan (DMP) Development: Collaborate with Sponsors to define study requirements, establish data processing guidelines, and ensure the DMP’s effective communication and implementation.
• Data Transfer and Database Management: Lead the development and finalization of data transfer requirements, maintain file specifications, and manage database lock activities to ensure data integrity.
• Client and Team Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for Data Correction Requests (DCRs) and query escalation, ensuring high customer satisfaction and quality study setups.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify out-of-scope requests, ensure comprehensive Data Management Files, and conduct routine status meetings to drive process improvements.

Qualifications and Skills Needed

• Education: BS/BA Degree in Life Sciences or related field preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in Data Management or a related clinical research position. Prior client-facing experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office are preferred.
• Skills: Strong organizational, interpersonal, time-management, and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of CDISC SDTM, SAS, or SQL exposure is a plus.
