Job Responsibilities:
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Knowledge Requirements: Understanding of ICH Good Clinical Practices (GCP) principles and clinical drug development processes.
- Document Management: Familiarity with Trial Master Files (document types) and related regulations.
- Educational Qualifications: Life Science/IT/Management graduate (e.g., B.Pharm/M.Pharm) as mandated by the signed SOW with the client.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in document management systems support/end users.
- Technical Skills: Experience working on DMS systems, with Veeva Vault experience being an added advantage.
