Position Overview
Job Title: Senior Research Associate
Location: Bangalore, India
Employment Type: Full-Time
Role Description:-
The Senior Research Associate will be responsible to plan and conduct assays related to NGS library preparation, library quantification and other genomic techniques. Coordinate with technical team members to prioritise the tasks and document day to day lab activities and maintain SOPs as per accreditation norms. Optimise new assays/workflows and troubleshoot. Provide necessary technical insights and feedbacks to help refine the services.

Qualifications
- Education: MSc or PhD in biotechnology, genetics, or a related field.

- Skills: Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Leadership: Experience with leading a team is a plus.
