This role is open for candidates based in Hyderabad and Chennai and offers hybrid flexibility.

About the Role

As an Associate STEM Content Analyst, you’ll be responsible for curating biological sequence data from patents for Clarivate’s proprietary GENESEQ™ Indexing product. The role involves interpreting complex biotechnology, genetics, and molecular biology concepts to extract, analyze, and document critical IP-related data.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and curate biological sequence information based on molecular biology and genetics.
• Extract data from patent documents in line with editorial policies and scientific guidelines.
• Deliver weekly production volumes with high-quality standards and accuracy.
• Maintain awareness of developments in your technology domain.
• Adapt quickly to workflow and process changes for customer satisfaction.
• Support continuous improvement in content development and delivery.

Who Can Apply?

Required Educational Qualifications

• M.Sc. in Biotechnology, Genetics, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Bioinformatics, Microbiology
• B.Tech in Biotechnology or related fields

Experience

• 0–2 years (Freshers are highly encouraged to apply)

Preferred Skills

• Sound understanding of molecular biology, genetic engineering, and related biotech domains
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English
• Ability to work in a team and manage time effectively
• Comfortable using computer systems and internet tools
