Key Responsibilities

Hands-On Technical Exposure:

• Plan, execute, and manage development, scale-up, and exhibit batches aligned with project timelines.
• Maintain project trackers to ensure on-time execution of critical project milestones.

Process Optimization and Support:

• Optimize formulation process parameters for physical and chemical stability during different F&D phases.
• Conduct on-site demonstrations, support exhibit batches, and assist in smooth technology transfers.

Problem-Solving and Innovation:

• Address challenges during scale-up or commercial production.
• Suggest batch size modifications or formula tweaks for better production outcomes.

Educational Qualifications & Experience

Required Education:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm / M.Pharm)

Preferred Experience:

• 3 to 6 years in Technical Services, R&D, or Formulation Development
