Key Responsibilities
Purchase & Procurement:
- Manage procurement of medicines and pharmacy-related items for hospital use.
- Source products from approved vendors and ensure timely deliveries.
Inventory & Vendor Coordination:
- Maintain optimum inventory levels to avoid stockouts.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to streamline supply chain.
Compliance & Documentation:
- Ensure procurement is in line with hospital procurement policies and regulatory standards.
- Maintain accurate documentation and supplier records.
