Experience Required: 3-8 years
Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain autoclaves for sterilization of equipment and materials used in vaccine production
- Oversee vial filling operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with regulatory standards
- Manage vial washing processes to ensure cleanliness and sterility of vials prior to filling
- Conduct filter integrity testing to ensure the effectiveness of filtration processes
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform routine maintenance tasks as needed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production processes and ensure product quality
- Document all production activities accurately and maintain detailed records
