Location: Turkapally, Hyderabad

Employment Type: Full-time

Experience Required: 3-8 years

Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain autoclaves for sterilization of equipment and materials used in vaccine production
• Oversee vial filling operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with regulatory standards
• Manage vial washing processes to ensure cleanliness and sterility of vials prior to filling
• Conduct filter integrity testing to ensure the effectiveness of filtration processes
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform routine maintenance tasks as needed
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production processes and ensure product quality
• Document all production activities accurately and maintain detailed records
