Position Details:

• Position: Sr. Executive / Executive / Jr. Executive / Sr. Operator / Operator

• Location: Turkapally, Hyderabad

• Employment Type: Full-time

• Experience: 3-eight years

• Qualifications: MSc / BSc / B.Pharmacy / Diploma / ITI

Responsibilities:

1. Lead components and filling activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company techniques.

2. Optimize formulation techniques to improve product stability, efficacy, and manufacturability.

3. Oversee filling operations, along with vial filling, BFS, FFS, PFS, lyophilization, and aseptic processing techniques.

4. Collaborate with relevant groups to troubleshoot production problems and implement enhancements.

5. Maintain accurate documentation of all production sports and mentor junior personnel members.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline.

2. 3-8 years of hands-on experience in vaccine formula and filling within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.

3. Expertise in aseptic processing techniques and sterile production environments.

4. Strong understanding of cGMP policies and quality systems.

5. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred experience:

1. Experience with formulation and filling production strategies.

2. Knowledge of lyophilization and sterile filtration strategies.

3. Familiarity with regulatory submissions and inspections.
