Baxter Pharmaceuticals is looking for a dedicated Associate QA – IPQA Production professional to join its team in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. This role is crucial in ensuring product quality and compliance with regulatory standards throughout the production lifecycle.

Educational Qualification: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, B.Sc, M.Sc (Life Sciences)

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Execute shift activities as per supervisor instructions.
• Verify raw materials, primary packaging materials, and ensure correct quantities as per batch records.
• Conduct line clearance activities at various stages of manufacturing and packaging.
• Perform in-process checks, sampling, and periodic verification as per batch records.
• Ensure compliance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Collect and submit in-process, finished product, and other required samples to QC/Microbiology.
• Review and verify electronic records, audit trails, and printouts from critical equipment.
• Assist in investigations related to product complaints, non-conformities, and Out of Specification (OOS) results.
• Track and execute Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) within defined timelines.
• Raise Document Change Requests (DCR) and manage Change Control Management (CCM).
• Prepare and review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for compliance.
• Support shift lead in risk assessment reviews and ensure all activities adhere to safety and compliance protocols.
• Perform shift handover documentation and report any failures or abnormalities promptly.
• Oversee preventive maintenance activities and impact assessment for breakdown maintenance.
• Conduct periodic building inspections with the administration team.
