Job Role: Associate Analyst

Location:

Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad Area

Department:

Pharmaceutical Pricing & Market Access Analysis

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate Excel-based reports on pharma pricing and competitor trends
• Conduct secondary market research on healthcare legislation and pharma pricing policies
• Maintain and update pricing tools and portals
• Perform basic analytics for internal and external client reporting

Qualifications & Skills

Required:

• Educational Background: BPharm / MPharm
• Experience: 0–1 year (Freshers can apply!)
• Pharmaceutical knowledge: Strong grasp of the healthcare and pharma domain
• Tech Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and basic understanding of SQL/Macros is a plus
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and time management

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with pharma market access
• Experience in data interpretation and secondary research
• Knowledge of bessentialSQL and Excel macros
