Key Responsibilities in Patient Safety & Experience

• Manage the intake, processing, and documentation of complaints and adverse events in compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.
• Ensure accurate data entry and case assessment using internal safety databases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support timely complaint resolution.
• Contribute to continuous improvement in quality and safety documentation systems.
• Maintain compliance with Alcon’s internal procedures and global quality standards.
• Support audits and regulatory inspections with complete documentation and traceability.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Educational Background:

Applicants must hold a tertiary degree in one of the following disciplines:

• Pharmacy
• Optometry
• Ophthalmology
• Medicine
• Pharmacology
• Biomedical Sciences / Biomedical Engineering
• Nursing
• Chemistry / Biology / Life Sciences

Experience:

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry.
• Familiarity with quality systems, documentation practices, and complaint tracking.
• Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written).
