Job Description:
Role: Trainee Research Associate

Experience: 0-6 months experience (Apprenticeship Preferred)

Responsibilities:
- Conduct experiments and analyses under the guidance of senior researchers.
- Assist in the development and validation of analytical methods (ADL).
- Support formulation scientists in product development activities (F&D).
- Perform routine laboratory tests and maintain accurate records of experimental data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
- Adhere to safety protocols and quality standards in all laboratory activities.
