Key Roles & Requirements:
To execute activities related to method development, validation, and analytical troubleshooting on Nitrosamine impurities estimation in different formulation named solid orals, oral liquids, ophthalmic, injectables and NDDS formulations.
. Well versed with studies like extractable-leachable, elemental impurities, and nitrosamine impurities.
. Good analytical hand on operation of various analytical techniques viz LC-MS / MS, GC- MS / MS, HR-MS / MS, ICP-MS / MS, ICP-OES, HPLC, GC and should be able to develop and troubleshoot methods on described techniques.
• Assist performing tasks related to other analytical activities named impurity profiling, product development and capabilities to respond health agency queries.
Analytical data review related specifications, technical procedures, method development, validation, and transfer.
• In-depth knowledge of literature search, DMF review and guidance.
Day to day co-ordination and communication with internal and external department.
. Coordinate with external teams of CMO / CDMO for analytical documents, activity, and troubleshooting.
