Position: Assistant Manager – MSAT ADL

Key Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for a highly skilled individual who meets the following criteria:

  1. Extensive Analytical Lab Experience: The ideal candidate should have more than 7 years of hands-on experience working in an Analytical lab set-up, either in Quality Control (QC) or Research and Development (R&D). This experience should specifically pertain to biosimilar products, with a preference for exposure to both monoclonal antibody (mAb) and non-mAb products.
  2. Scientific Knowledge and Process Understanding: A strong scientific foundation in analytical techniques is essential. The candidate should possess an in-depth understanding of the analytical process, enabling them to contribute effectively to various stages of development and analysis.
  3. Expertise in HPLC: Proficiency in High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) is a key requirement. The candidate should be well-versed in routine operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of HPLC systems. Additionally, hands-on experience in performing HPLC-based analyses, including RP-HPLC, SE-HPLC, IEX-HPLC, and N-glycan analysis, is necessary.
  4. Instrument Qualification and Lab Oversight: The candidate should have experience in overseeing instrument qualification and maintaining a well-organized lab set-up. This ensures the accuracy and reliability of analytical results.
  5. Technical Writing Skills: Strong technical writing skills are crucial. The candidate should be capable of drafting study protocols and reports, contributing to the documentation of research and analysis processes.
  6. Additional Preferences: Candidates with practical experience in performing Capillary Electrophoresis (CE), Hydrophobic Charge Induction Chromatography (HCD), and Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA) based methods (e.g., HCP and residual Pro A analysis) will be given preference.
