Innoxel Lifesciences Private Limited is conducting a walk-in interview for various positions in their Vadodara Injectable Manufacturing facility on 11th March 2023. The positions include Production Officer/Executive, Quality Assurance Officer/Executive, Quality Control Officer/Executive, Packing Officer/Sr. Officer, Packing Operator, and Warehouse Officer/Sr. Officer/Executive/St. Executive. The required education and experience levels vary depending on the position. Candidates are expected to have experience in the General Oncology department, handling of isolators, and knowledge of QMS software, LIMS, and SAP. Production – Officer/ Sr. Officer/ Executive/Sr. Executive
Area: Aseptic and controlled area Operation (Vial/PFS Filling, sealing, filtration, media fill, leak test. Autoclave, batch manufacturing terminal sterilization, smoke study, equipment qualification, Isolator, QMS, etc.) experience required in General Oncology department and handling of isolator
Required Education: B. Pharm/ M.Pharm
Experience: 2 to 7 Years

Production Operator

Area of work: Batch manufacturing/vial washing, sterilization and depyrogenation/sealing/ filling autoclave/ CIP/SIP and Operation of vessels/ External washing, good documentation practice and experience in General Oncology department, etc
Experience: 2 to 6 Years
Education Required: ITI/ Diploma/ B.Sc.

Quality Assurance (Qualification/ Validation) Officer/ Executive/St. Executive
Area of work: Relevant experience in equipment and utility qualifications (URS, DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ, RQ) of Autoclave, washing machine, tunnel, filling machine, Isolator, water system, PSG system, etc. Note: Candidates are preferable with experience in handling isolator
Required Experience: 3 to 6 Years
Required Education: MSc / B Pharm / M Pharm

Quality Assurance (IPQA) Officer/ Executive St. Executive
Area of work: Relevant experience in Manufacturing, Packing Engineering Media fill, cleaning validation, and Process validation
Experience level: 3 to 6 Years
Required Education: BSc / MSc / B Pharm/ M Pharmacy

Quality Control Officer/Executive/St. Executive
Area of work: Should have qualification and QMS software awareness. LIMS and computer skills shall be considered as an added advantage
Experience level: 2 to 8 Years
Education: BSc/MSc Chemistry

Quality Control Officer Executive/St. Executive
Area of work: Must have exposure to good microbiology practices and compliance. Must have skill for sterility testing using isolator, PMT BET, EM, MLT. Culture handling Microbiology qualification studies. Exposure to sterility assurance will be considered an added advantage
Experience; 2 to 8 Years
Education: BSc/Msc Microbiology

Packing Officer/Sr. Officer
Area of work; Must have exposure to GLP and compliance with instrument exposure like HPLC/GC/UV/FTIR/Auto titrator/KF/PSD
Education Required: BSc/ MSc / B Pharm/ M Pharm
Experience: 2 to 6 Years

Packing Operator
Responsible for handling manpower, Cleaning, Operational, and Qualification activity of packing equipment (labeling M/C Blister MC, Auto Cartonator M/C, Track and Trace system with serialization). Exposure in Visual inspection activity. Cleaning, Operational Qualification activity of packing equipment (Labelling M/C, Blister M/C, Auto Cartonator M/C, Track and Trace system with serialization)
Experience level: 2 to 6 Years
Education: ITI / Diploma

Warehouse(RM/PM) Officer/Sr. Officer Executive St. Executive

Responsible for Managing material receipt, storage, issuance of material, dispensing of material, and FEFO and FIFO system Knowledge of monitoring. Recording temperature, RH, and differential pressure in-store Knowledge of change control. deviation CAPA SOP and URS compliance report. Responsible for handling rejected, expired, and non-moving materials. Knowledge of SAP must require
