- Creating month-wise/quarter-wise production and packing plans.
- Material planning, shortage calculation, and purchase request generation.
- Coordination with various teams including production, packing, QC, QA, WH, Regulatory, and Procurement.
- Inventory analysis and MIS & report preparation.
- Presentation of production planning reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
