Position Details

As a QA professional at Zydus Pharmaceutical Ltd, you will be a crucial part of the OSD Manufacturing Facility team. Here are the key details of the position:

• Education Qualification: M.Pharmacy/ B.Pharmacy
• Experience: 5-6 Years of experience in Cleaning Validation

Roles and Responsibilities

Your responsibilities in this role will include:

• Preparation of Cleaning Validation/Verification protocols and reports.
• Identifying worst-case products for cleaning validation using new approaches.
• Conducting cleaning validation sampling.
• Creating product matrix and equipment matrix for cleaning validation.
• Developing protocols and reports for product campaigns, clean equipment, and dirty equipment hold time studies.
• Performing periodic revalidation of worst-case products based on the Revalidation Schedule.
• Creating Cleaning Validation Master Plan (CVMP).
• Calculating Maximum Allowable Carryover (MACO) in cleaning validation/verification.
• Calculating total surface area in cleaning validation/verification.
• Identifying the worst-case equipment location using riboflavin tests.
• Assessing the introduction of new products and equipment in cleaning validation/verification.
• Demonstrating knowledge about process validation and continuous process verification.

Candidate Details

The ideal candidate should possess the following:

• Experience in the Pharma (OSD) Industry.
• Knowledge and exposure to Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Regulatory exposure, especially with USFDA.
