Job Role & Responsibilities
As a Junior Executive in Quality Assurance, you will be responsible for:
- Monitoring & Inspection:
- Performing line clearance activities to ensure segregation and cleanliness.
- In-process quality checks (IPQA) during manufacturing and packaging.
- Monitoring production stages to ensure adherence to GMP and GDP standards.
- Sampling and analyzing materials for physical, chemical, and microbiological testing.
- Documentation & Compliance:
- Preparing, reviewing, and issuing quality-related documents (BMR, BPR, SOPs, protocols, reports).
- Handling deviations, change controls, and CAPA.
- Reviewing and verifying all batch and production records before batch release.
- Maintaining records of instruments and calibration data.
- Quality Management System (QMS) Support:
- Assisting in vendor qualification reviews.
- Participating in internal and external audits.
- Supporting QMS implementation and timely CAPA closure.
- Deviation & Batch Release:
- Investigating deviations and implementing CAPA.
- Reviewing batch records and ensuring quality standards before product release.
Eligibility / Qualifications
- Education:
- M.Pharm (Pharmaceutics, Quality Assurance, Pharmacognosy preferred)
- M.Sc (Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Applied Chemistry)
- B.Pharm (with 1–2 years of QA experience)
- Experience: 1–2 years in QA roles within pharma OSD manufacturing.
- Skills Required:
- Knowledge of cGMP, QMS, and regulatory documentation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Innovative and proactive problem-solving mindset.
