Key Responsibilities and Role Highlights

Process Optimization & Troubleshooting

• Execute lab-scale crystallization activities.
• Design and perform DOE (Design of Experiments) studies for process optimization.
• Address quality issues including particle size distribution (PSD), flowability, and PXRD results.

Scale-Up & Technical Documentation

• Support scale-up operations for commercial and pilot-scale batches.
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and SOPs.
• Troubleshoot crystallization issues and suggest appropriate corrective actions.

Collaboration & Analytical Review

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QC, QA, and Manufacturing.
• Analyze experimental data and translate findings into actionable insights.
• Provide technical inputs on crystallization complaints based on particle property assessments.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Strong academic background in Chemical Engineering.
• Experience in crystallization and process development within the pharma industry.
• Hands-on experience in handling lab instruments and designing experiments.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
