Key Responsibilities

• Intake and triaging of cases from Case Intake System into PV and Quality Management systems.
• Process and document adverse events (AEs), medical inquiries (MIs), and product quality complaints (PQCs).
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, and Clinical Operations for case processing and follow-ups.
• Support reconciliation activities with external vendors to ensure no data gaps.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of SOPs related to intake and triage processes.
• Participate in internal and external audits and inspections.
• Help mentor junior staff on best pharmacovigilance practices.
• Maintain detailed records for regulatory compliance and inspection readiness.

Required Education & Experience

• Qualification: B. Pharma (Bachelor of Pharmacy)
• Experience: 0–2 years in pharmacovigilance, clinical research, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of ICSR processing, GVP guidelines, and documentation practices preferred.
