Upstream Processing
Designation : Officer to Sr. Executive candidates for Bacterial Vaccine Production
Education : MSc Biotechnology / Microbiology, B Tech / M Tech Biotechnology
Experience : 03 to 07 years of relevant experience.
Skills :
Candidates should have knowledge of fermentation for vaccine manufacturing, experience in handling and operating large scale fermenters, continuous centrifuge and filter integrity machine and experience in microbial seed handling.
The job requires carrying out documentation work as per cGMP i.e. preparation of SOPS, BMR, protocols etc., and compliance as per cGMP guidelines, to perform equipment qualifications and validations in upstream processing area, area monitoring and supervision and in process sample analysis.
Downstream Processing
Education : MSc. Biotechnology / Microbiology, B Tech / M Tech Biotechnology
Experience : 3 to 7 years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities :
- Candidates should have basic knowledge of purification techniques for vaccine manufacturing, experience in handling and operating depth filtration, TFF system, chromatography system, aseptic filtration and filter integrity machine.
- Candidates must have experience in aseptic handling. The job requires carrying out documentation work as per cGMP i.e. preparation of SOPS, BMR, Protocols etc., and compliance as per cGMP guidelines, perform equipment qualifications in downstream processing area, area monitoring, supervision and in process sample analysis.
