Team Lead– Strategic Sourcing:
Education : BE / B Pharm / MBA or M Pharmacy
Experience : 6-10 years of experience. The job requires sourcing of APIs and excipients for all new projects of F&D and to provide end-to end support to all F&D projects from development to launch.
Candidates should possess the skill sets like
- proficiency in SAP
- knowledge in R&D procurement
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Effective negotiation skills and proficiency in MS Excel and PPT.
The key responsibilities include
- Time bound identification of potential sources and selection of final source based on laid down procedure
- decision making on source selection with strong justification, time bound support to all projects under development by way of ensuring fulfilment of all requirements related to samples, documents, agreement audits, query resolution, negotiation, ordering and deliveries.
- Strong cost and value orientation in all decisions and transactions, MIS and reviews by way of daily, weekly and monthly dashboards, trackers, presentations and meetings.
- To actively participate in all cross functional meetings and initiatives and other roles and responsibilities assigned by organisation from time to time
- CQA clearance of vendors and products by providing the required documentation and arranging for site audits, finalizing agreements – CDA, technical agreement and supply agreement and technical knowledge to handle analytical and regulatory query.
