the roles and responsibilities for the different positions are as follows:
Plant Operator – Injectable Production: The candidate should have an ITI/Diploma qualification with 2 to 5 years of experience in Injectable manufacturing operations. The responsibilities include handling aseptic filling, vial washing, autoclave, capping machine, lyophilizer, and vial leak testing machines.
Senior Executive/Assistant Manager-Engineering: The candidate should have a B.E./B.Tech. degree in Mechanical or Electrical engineering with 5 to 8 years of experience in Injectable Projects/operations. The responsibilities include handling preventive maintenance activities of injectable equipment like isolators, filling machines, lyophilizers, and autoclaves. Exposure to Engineering QMS is preferred.
Plant Operator/FTE Engineering: The candidate should have an ITI/Diploma qualification with 2 to 5 years of experience in the utility area, specifically in handling air compressors, chillers, and water systems.
Executive/Sr. Executive- Microbiology: The candidate should have an M.Sc. degree in Microbiology with 4 to 7 years of experience in Injectable doses form. The responsibilities include handling media & culture management, M.L.T., growth promotion test, bio-burden test, water monitoring (sampling & testing), environment monitoring (viable & non-viable) in aseptic area, and identification of environmental isolates.
Officer/Executive- Quality Control: The candidate should have an M.Sc. degree in Chemistry with 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience with analytical instruments like HPLC, GC, Ion Chromatography, IR, Particlesizer, TOC, UV Visible Spectrometer, etc. The candidate may also have exposure to Stability Studies for Injectable doses forms.
For all the positions, it is essential for the candidates to have exposure to Injectable Sterile plants and regulatory requirements of documentation as per cGMP/GLP.

Production
Technical Assistant / Operator (OSD Production): ITI / Diploma Engineer / Pharmacy with 1-8 years of experience in operating pharma machines i.e. granulation (ACG, glatt, tapasya, GEA), wurster coater (ACG, glatt, Anish), Fitzpatrick roll compactor, compression machines (fette. kirsch). ACG encapsulation machine, wruster coating, coating machines (glatt, ACG, Ganson) and inspection machine (sensum).
Candidates having experience in hormonal products will be preferred.
Officer / Executive / Sr. Executive (OSD Production): B.Pharm/ M.Pharm with 2-6 years of relevant experience in OSD production, supervision, operation. monitoring and related documentation. Candidates should have exposure to working in a regulatory plant and candidates having experience in hormonal products will be preferred.
Packing
Technical Assistant / Operator (OSD Packing): ITI/Diploma Engineer/Pharmacy with 2-8 years of experience in operating with machines like CVC bulk packing & Blister Packing Machines (BQS, ACG, Pampac).
Executive / Officer (OSD Packing): BSc / B Pharm/ M Pharm with 2-6 years of relevant experience in OSD packing, supervision, and operation. monitoring and related documentation. Candidates should have exposure to working in a regulatory plant.
Engineering
Sr. Executive / Asst. Manager Engineer: BE/ B. Tech with 6-12 years of pharmaceutical (formulation manufacturing) plant maintenance experience in OSD equipment & electrical maintenance. QMS documentation and equipment qualification in the OSD plant will be an added advantage.
Asst. Manager / Dy. Manager – Engineer B.E/ B. Tech with 4-15 years of experience in preventive maintenance OSD equipment, HVAC, BMS, and calibration. air compressor, chiller, water system QMS documentation, and equipment qualification of OSD plant. Candidates must possess knowledge of PLC. SCADA and HLM.
