Job Profile:
- To follow up gowning procedure as per the procedure.
- Responsible to maintain all documentation in the Injection area.
- Handling of manpower.
- Responsible for monitoring temp/RH/differential pressure of Injection area.
- Responsible for the Operation and cleaning of the Injection area’s equipment as per the procedure.
- Responsible for issuance of BMR & BPR from the Quality Assurance department.
- Training new employees joining in production. On-the-job training and annual periodic training.
- To update the quality system from time to time to meet new changes in GMP requirement
- SAP related work.
- To keep, and maintain the Injection area as per the presentable audit.
- Responsible to maintain, reviewing, updates all logbooks, and documents in the Injection area.
- Responsible for handling, and checking all dispensed material
- Handling any abnormality related to equipment, documents, process parameters, material, etc.
- To achieve the qualitative and quantitative target of the production.
- Cleaning and operation of Washing area and Filling area.
