Job Description:

1. Should have a basic understanding of Biologics or Biosimilars.
2. Proficiency in excellent communication and presentation skills.
3. Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for the smooth execution of projects.
4. Drive the development of national and, if appropriate, international sales strategies.
5. Track project performance to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
6. Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
7. Establish and maintain relationships with third-party vendors.
8. Assist in defining project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
9. Ensure resource availability and allocation.
10. Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
11. Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
12. Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
13. Report and escalate to management as needed.
14. Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders.
15. Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
16. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
17. Meet with clients to understand project requirements.
18. Delegate project tasks to team members based on their strengths and skill sets.
