Formulation Development Jobs
Designation : Executive/ Scientist ll
Profile:
To conduct literature, search and prepare of the literature review presentation.
To participate in the patent evaluation, non-infringing formulation report and get it clear from IPR & Quality depts. with Group leader & Resource Leader.
To prepare prototype formulations based on the pre formulation study.
To conduct the API characterization, compatibility study and recording the same in the lab book.
To procure the raw materials for experiments viz. Excipients, API, molecule and setting up the equipment in the lab
To conduct development trials, achieving desired dissolution profiling and manufacturing the stability batches & bio equivalent batches. To execute the trials and initiate stability data scientifically using DOE analysis.
To make the product review presentation of the formulation development.
Qualification: M Pharmacy
Experience : 2 to 7 years.
Skills set – Oral Solid, NDDS, NCE, Dermaceuticals, Cosmoceuticals & Oncology.
Exposure of all markets (US, EU, ROW, India).
Location Torrent Pharma – R&D Centre, Gandhinagar, Gujarat.

Torrent Pharmaceuticals Ltd – R&D, Gandhinagar is hiring Executives (Scientist II) for Packaging Development Department
Profile (Development and Commercial)
Perform Packaging material analysis of Innovator / Reference in-house products
Perform lab scale packaging activities, Cross functional communication with F&D/MCD (API/KSM) & perform batch stability.
Ensure packaging material availability for respective projects.
To carry out technology transfer activities & execute batches at plant and trouble shooting.
Preparation of review slides (Literature, Strategy, Review 3 and Knowledge sharing with plant).
Preparation of shadow costing slides (PWG).
Initiation of change control form.
Ensure timely launch of new product as per schedules.
Identify and execute cost saving projects while ensuring the pack integrity, market acceptability as well as plant feasibility
Understand criteria of pack optimization, automation, primary and secondary pack change, strip to blister conversion, tertiary pack standardization and alternate vendor development.
Qualification: B Pharmacy or B. Sci with Graduation / Post Graduation Diploma in Packaging Development Technology.
Experience : 1 – 7 Years.

Technology Transfer Jobs
Openings for Technology Transfer at our R&D Centre
Job Responsibilities:
To successfully transfer the product from R&D to the manufacturing locations in consultation with the group leader
To resolve all the scale up and production related issues (trouble shooting) To propose and fix the batch size i.e. of the Demo, Scale up, Exhibit and Commercial.
To get involved and observe in the TT demo batch with F&D.
To take scale up batch at manufacturing locations and prepare scale up batch
protocol and its reports. To support in preparing Master Formula Card (MFC), Sampling Protocol and
Risk Assessment Form for execution of Batches. To take the exhibit batches at the manufacturing locations.
Qualification & Experience: M Pharmacy With 3 to 8 years hands on
Experience in OSD, Semisolid, Topical, Ophthalmic, Oncology, TT, Unit operations, Scale up, PDL, PAT, Travelling to Manufacturing sites & plant location
