Educational Qualification: MSc / MTech or similar qualifications in Biochemistry / Biotechnology / Cell Biology / Biomedical Sciences / Life Sciences
Experience: 2 to 4 yrs experience
Technical / functional Skills:
Protein purification using AKTAI ure & AKTA Avant systems, process development, experience in Affinity, Ion-exchange, HIC chromatography, Column packing and tangential flow filtration. Excellent communication with upstream and analytical writing team.
Diligent documentation skills and experience detailed Lab Notebooks.
Basic knowledge of bioinformatics is a plus.
Desirable Skills:
High throughput small scale and medium scale purification using liquid handling systems.
Protein conjugation using various functional groups.
Sound knowledge of protein expression.
Any experience with techniques like Western blotting, ELISA.
Basic working experience in protein characterization, various HPLC techniques and experience in upstream process.
Biotechnology Industrial experience.
