Shilpa Biologicals Private Limited Looking for R&D Downstream Process Development Biopharma

Job Description

• The candidate should possess AKTA chromatography systems run and maintenance including AKTA pilot, AKTA pure, AKA purifier, AKTA SMB, AKA explorers.
• Development and scaleup of chromatography processes including capture (Protein A), IEX (Cation, Anion), HIC, Mixed mode.
• Staff selected should have a strong theoretical understanding of fundamentals of various types of chromatography processes.
• Filtration methods development and scaleup – includes buffer exchange, microfiltration, dia filtration, concentration and should be have a strong understanding of fundamentals of filtration.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Process scaleup and transfer specialists – Should be able to scaleup/optimise processes done at laboratory scale to pilot scale and transfer the scaled up processes along with TTD/Methods/BMRS documentation to Manufacturing.
